I dreamt my son who is only 3 years old had to go to juvenile hall. I don’t know the circumstances but he was sentenced to 4 years in juvenile hall. We were visiting the juvenile hall together and touring the facilities. I met with the warden or program director and pleaded with her to tell her my son is a good kid and begged her to shorten his sentence. My husband was also there and explained that we already appealed and it was denied. My husband was also being sentenced for something and was going to prison for I think the same amount of time. I was devastated and anxious and worried and then we left the juvenile hall and left my son there. We drove away and I sobbed uncontrollably and said I wanted my baby and that I couldn’t live without him.
This dream may represent your fear or anxiety about losing control of your son's safety or future. The juvenile hall symbolizes a place of punishment, restriction, and potentially bad influence. It could represent your fear of your son being exposed to negative forces, and your desire to protect him from them. The fact that both you and your husband were being sentenced may suggest a feeling of helplessness and a lack of power to change or prevent what is happening. Your overwhelming emotions of sadness and desperation when the dream ends reveals your deep love and attachment to your son. This dream could be telling you to examine and address your concerns about your son's well-being and safety, and to find ways to protect and guide him as he grows up.
